With the experience gained in these fields we have seen the opportunity in 2017 to form a company to provide niche services specially to Mining sectors beyond our borders which we have found lacking. With the resources and technical expertise available to us we are available to provide a value service to our prospective clients. Specializing in Electrical and Instrumentation projects, Construction and Commissioning, Project Management.

Our History
Having gained experience working internationally and on remote sites in Africa we have seen the need to start up MEI Africa to provide a quality service to our clients in Mining Sector. We were part of team responsible for the Successful rehabilitation and start -up of Dikulushi Mine (DRC) when bought by Mawson West from Anvil Mining in 2010. Seeing an opportunity MEI Africa was started in 2017 specializing in Electrical, Instrumentation and System’s Integration for Industry and Mines. We have since successfully completed small Projects in South Africa, DRC Congo, Sierra Leone, Mali, and Mongolia. We currently offer services to Trafigura on Kapulo Mine and ERG Metalkol Operation. We have experience to take on Electrical and Instrumentation Project’s from Conceptual Study, through to design, construction, supervision, commissioning, and handover. We are currently evolving in providing a Full Turnkey solution to Process Plants in mining sector.
